We want you to be happy with your order. If you purchased a stock (non-custom) item, it may be returned for a refund within 30 days of receipt.
Eligible Returns (Stock Items)
To qualify for a refund, returned stock items must be:

Non-Returnable Items
Because they are made specifically for you, custom and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
This includes any item that is made-to-order, customized, engraved, or otherwise created to a customer’s specifications.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.
